We had heard good things about the Nashville Zoo, so we decided that we would check it out on our trip. Overall it was a nice Zoo, but was missing some of the key animals that Josh wanted to see (Gorillas and Lions). We were glad that we got to do something fun for Josh on the trip. Julian's Dad joined us for the trip to the zoo. They had a few nice area's where you could touch or pet the animals, including Turtles and Kangaroos. The exhibit spaces for some of the large animals were very big, which is much more humane for the animals, although required lots of walking for us :-P
